Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Most products purchased on sciconsports.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt (subject to certain exceptions).

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please read the return policy and instructions below for further information.

To start the return process, you must log into your sciconsports.com account, go to the My Account page, and select My Returns to submit your request. We will not accept returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be rejected by our warehouse and sent back to your address.

Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Sciconsports.com has a strong reputation for quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or a refund.

You have the right to exchange or receive a refund for products with manufacturing defects. You also have the right to have the product repaired or replaced if the quality is unacceptable and the damage is not too severe.

Products must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date in resalable condition (unused, with original tags intact, and in original packaging). Please read the note below regarding boxed products.

It is recommended to include the return form sheet with the product at the time of return.

Please allow 15 days from the day your product is returned for the due amount to be credited to your account.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been customized unless they are declared defective following a careful analysis by our quality control division. Please pay close attention to customization details when ordering and keep a copy of your order confirmation to track details in the future. If we find that we made a mistake in the customization of your product and failed to follow your instructions as per the written confirmation, we will be happy to rectify the error and exchange it.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Please contact us immediately if you believe the product you purchased from sciconsports.com is defective. If the purchased product has been used and you discover a defect that falls within our quality control guidelines, it will be replaced or refunded with no additional shipping costs after a careful inspection by our team. If it is deemed not defective, it will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We do not accept products that have had their identification tags removed, or that have been customized, used, washed, or have damaged or missing original packaging. Change of mind returns will only be accepted in like-new condition. You can choose to exchange them or request a refund of the original price, minus shipping costs.

You agree to pay the shipping cost to return the item to our Headquarters. Returned products will be inspected. A fee of 15% of the product's value will be charged if the original packaging, manuals, accessories, or other components are missing.

INCORRECT COLOR

We will cover the return shipping costs if the color of the item you received is not the one originally ordered. Please note that colors shown on any website may not exactly match the physical products; therefore, the color displayed on our site is for illustrative purposes only.

SHIPPING COST REFUNDS

If we made an error and sent you the wrong products, or if you received a defective product, we will refund your shipping costs. You may be required to provide proof of purchase.

GIFT CARDS

Digital gift cards cannot be returned or canceled after purchase. Please check the terms and conditions on sciconsports.com.

RETAIL STORE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

We pride ourselves on our quality and customer service, and we guarantee all products for both authorized stores and consumers. We have agreements with retailers to accept returns for products with manufacturing defects.

If you purchased a Scicon Sports product from an authorized retailer and the product has a manufacturing defect, please check with the retailer first for assistance. Retailers have their own return policies, and you will need to follow their specific procedures. If you are unable to return or exchange the product where you originally purchased it, you can still receive assistance by contacting us directly.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORIZED ONLINE VENDORS

Items purchased from an authorized online store must be returned to that same online store. If you are unable to return the item where you bought it, contact the online store to discuss alternative solutions.

Online retailers have their own return policies, and you will need to follow their specific procedures. If you cannot return or exchange the product where you originally purchased it, you can still receive assistance by contacting us directly.

GIFT RETURNS

If you received a sciconsports.com product as a gift and wish to exchange it without the giver finding out, please contact us before returning it. We will be happy to help you return the item for an exchange or replace it with a gift card.

Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment (meaning the person who purchased the product will be refunded). The return will be processed within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse. To begin the return process, please contact us.

IMPORTANT REFUND INFORMATION

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • If you return a product purchased using multiple payment methods, the refund will first be applied to the credit card or PayPal account up to the amount originally charged, and then to a gift card or product voucher.

  • Refunds will only include the product amount and taxes.

  • If an incorrect item was shipped or if products were damaged during transit, we will also include the shipping costs in the refund.

  • Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.

  • Refund details may or may not appear quickly on your statement. The timeframe depends on how your bank processes these transactions. Refunds may be visible sooner when viewing your credit card account online.
