Perfect. The part fell out in transit. Great to get a replacement so easily.

I wish the parts were available separately. I have an older Aerotech case with small holes for the quick-releases, so I only needed the plastic sleeves to adapt my thru-axle wheels to the case. It would have been nice to be able to not have to pay for the machined metal parts that I don't need.

A change of bike to a disc model meant I needed this for my aerotech bike box. It works perfectly just like my box has for several years. As I was a bit disorganised I didn’t order till late in the day but the service from the team was absolutely amazing and they organised overnight delivery and were a joy to deal with. Yes there may be cheaper bike boxes out there but they are not as good. As important here though is that the team really really care about their customers - never had better support or service.

After having bought a nice new case, I lost a piece for mounting the wheel inside. I can't to the SciCon website and was able to find the part that I needed. Great customer service.
