FAQ
The lenses of my optical insert fog up — how can I reduce this issue?
The optical insert sits between the sunglass lens and your face, limiting airflow; for this reason, fogging may occur if the prescription lenses installed do not feature an anti-fog treatment. To reduce the problem, we recommend asking your optician to apply an anti-fog coating to the insert’s lenses during installation.Alternatively, you can use anti-fog wipes, which are widely available on the market and can be applied when needed.
Why does my lateral field of view seem reduced when using the optical insert?
The optical insert is positioned inside the eyewear, behind the sun lens, and is smaller than the main lens. As a result, the peripheral area of the sun lens does not include optical correction, which may create the perception of a slightly reduced lateral field of view compared to direct prescription sport lenses. This is a common characteristic of all optical inserts: the corrective lens is placed directly in front of your line of sight to ensure sharp vision within the primary visual axis, while the lateral area remains outside the corrected zone. This effect does not compromise performance, but it is important to be aware of it when choosing between an optical insert and corrective lenses mounted on adapters that cover the entire field of view. Scicon Sports offers corrective solutions both with optical inserts and with full-coverage prescription lens adapters.
Perfect glasses
Me encanto el regalo.
Muy buena calidad
I am very happy with this product, and also the after sales service Scicon offers. This lenses is a replacement lense under the warranty provided. Very comfortable all round cycling glasses. So good to have both sunglass and clear lense in the one package.
By far the nicest ,lightest and most comfortable lenses i have.Highly recommend
I purchased two sets of Aeroshade sunglasses approximately eighteen months ago in a reduced cost sale by Scicon. Both sets of frames are superb, & the photochromic lense excellent for night & low light conditions. I have needed to replace the Kunken monogram lense twice due to misadventure, as well as replace wingtips twice, once at cost. Scicon's service is professional efficient & honest, abiding by lifetime lense warranty & replacement. Scicon are well made, arguably the best designed, however certainly quality assured cycling products that value customer relationships further than the dollar. They maintain their integrity, & therefore my custom.
Perfect product, easy to change. For every season must have a suitable lens
I love these glasses – race-ready, extremely comfortable, lightweight, and durable. Perfect even for my longest, endless rides.
Prodotto di super qualità , spettacolare
varie per tutte le esigenze e ottima visibilità
My new favourites. Took advantage of the current offers to try something different from my traditional go-to Brand O sunglasses, and it looks like I won’t be going back. Superb vision with maximum coverage without feeling like you’re wearing ski goggles. The blue lenses give great contrast and colour rendition on the road. Have previously relied on polarised lenses, but so far don’t miss this feature. Now, just need to get my performance level to even a fraction of TP and I’ll be a happy man.
Highly recommended performance sunglasses.
I love the model, this is the third that I buy. I want to have them all

3in1 - i got those glasses with 3 different lenses and have tried already all of them and i'm already a big fan after 2 weeks! the quality of the lense is also very nice, can recommend the pink one for cloudy / foggy conditions as well (living here in Ireland i'll use them probably the most)
