Shipping policy

1. Shipping Rates & Conditions – United Kingdom

For all orders under £100, a fixed shipping fee of £9 applies.

For orders with a total cart value exceeding £100, shipping costs will be determined based on the content of your cart.

Sciconsports.com reserves the right to cancel an order if no competitive shipping quotation can be obtained – applicable to international or outlying territory shipments only.



2. Processing & Shipping Times and Service Areas

Orders received before 12:00 p.m. BST/GMT (Monday – Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends, holidays or public holidays in Southampton (United Kingdom) will ship on the next working day.

Inline Items

  • Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 1 – 3 business days.
  • Delivery: Orders are delivered within 2 – 5 business days after shipment.

Custom Items

  • Shipping: Orders that include custom products are dispatched in 8 – 10 business days (production time).
  • Delivery: Orders are delivered within 2 – 5 business days after shipment.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak demand periods.

Standard shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, severe weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Deliveries to P.O. boxes are not available; such orders will be automatically cancelled.

Our shipping service is available in the following territories: United Kingdom, Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man.

If your country is not listed, please visit one of our other regional online stores by selecting your country from the list in the homepage footer or contact our Customer Service Team.

Exclusions

The following countries are excluded from our shipping coverage:

3. Duties and Import Fees (Not Applicable to United Kingdom and Isle of Man)

Guernsey and Jersey are not part of the United Kingdom VAT or customs territory. Orders shipped to these destinations are treated as exports and are subject to local import rules upon arrival.

By law, we are required to declare the value and nature of goods shipped outside the United Kingdom. It is not possible to declare a lower value, state different contents, or mark items as gifts.

Local GST and any applicable customs fees are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price paid at checkout unless explicitly stated.

We will provide all documentation required for customs clearance. Additional documentation can be supplied upon request.

Shipments to Guernsey and Jersey may be opened and inspected by local customs authorities. As the recipient of goods delivered outside the United Kingdom and Isle of Man, you are considered the importer of record and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of your territory.



4. Delivery Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details.

You can track your shipment anytime via your My Account page on sciconsports.com.

Please note: some orders may ship from multiple warehouses and may arrive in separate parcels, that might occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.



5. When You Get Your Parcel

We recommend inspecting your parcel upon receipt. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, you may refuse delivery and report the issue immediately to our Customer Service Team.



6. Shipping Surcharges

Any shipping surcharges applied are solely due to additional fees charged by third-party carriers for oversized or overweight shipments.



7. Military Addresses

We are unable to ship to Military shipping addresses (APO/FPO/BFPO).
