FAQ
The lenses of my optical insert fog up — how can I reduce this issue?
The optical insert sits between the sunglass lens and your face, limiting airflow; for this reason, fogging may occur if the prescription lenses installed do not feature an anti-fog treatment. To reduce the problem, we recommend asking your optician to apply an anti-fog coating to the insert’s lenses during installation.Alternatively, you can use anti-fog wipes, which are widely available on the market and can be applied when needed.
Why does my lateral field of view seem reduced when using the optical insert?
The optical insert is positioned inside the eyewear, behind the sun lens, and is smaller than the main lens. As a result, the peripheral area of the sun lens does not include optical correction, which may create the perception of a slightly reduced lateral field of view compared to direct prescription sport lenses. This is a common characteristic of all optical inserts: the corrective lens is placed directly in front of your line of sight to ensure sharp vision within the primary visual axis, while the lateral area remains outside the corrected zone. This effect does not compromise performance, but it is important to be aware of it when choosing between an optical insert and corrective lenses mounted on adapters that cover the entire field of view. Scicon Sports offers corrective solutions both with optical inserts and with full-coverage prescription lens adapters.
I'm loving my new lenses! They are so light and really highlight the trail or tar ahead in both full sun or low light conditions. I particularly love the notches along the top to help demist the glasses. Pairing them to the Aerowing frames is quite simple and at no point do they feel loose. Great desgin and great function!

Super Wechselgläser. Nur das initiale Wechseln war für mich etwas schwieriger als gedacht.
Best cycling glasses on the market.
Exellent
These glasses and lenses are great. The transition lenses react well to changes in light level and the instructions on changing lenses in the frame are clear and easy to follow.
Great lens! Good crash replacement program, really fast response and shipment!

Excellent experience with Aerowing lens! Fast delivery, smooth ordering process, and very pleasant overall customer experience. The glasses are excellent quality, comfortable and stylish. Everything was perfect highly recommended!
Great glasses, easy to replace!
easy to change, best vision, like it 🥳😍
They look amazing and feel extremely light and confortable once installed. Great value for money!
Works perfectly in bright sunlight, overcast sky and even at night under avarage streetlight (should exercise caution in dimly lit areas though). The vents don't channel cold air to your eyes and prevent fogging totally (tested down to -3°C). Peripheral vision is not restricted or distorted.
au top comme d'habitude sur les produits SCICON
very good visibility, fully clear when not sunny, and nice light dark tint when you needed, very easy to fit and install to theframe
Great
A pleasure to look through. Big field of vision and great clarity.
The blue lens colour looks awesome in real life. Mich better than in the photos
Great lens. Thanks to the ventilation slots, no fogging either. Great forwinter days when it starts getting dark early
Really good quality and a very nice addition to the photochromic lens
Lovely colour lens in mixed light.
Funktion großartig. Bestes photochrome Scheibe bis dato. Schneller hell dunkel hell Wechsel
Clear view
Livraison rapide et impeccable... Par contre je n'ai pas encore réussi a retirer le verre d'origine sur la monture.
Great lens for cloudy weather
